Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Workshop Golf mobile application(“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do notagree to these terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, yourepresent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity toenter into this agreement.

To access certain features, such as statistics tracking and AI practice plans,you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintainingthe confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occurunder your account.

Workshop Golf grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
● Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of theApp.
● Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, orinternational law.
● Sublicense, sell, or rent access to the App’s premium features.

● GPS Data: While we strive for accuracy, GPS data is subject to satelliteavailability and atmospheric conditions. Do not rely solely on the App fornavigation. Workshop Golf is not responsible for any injury, propertydamage, or trespass resulting from the use of GPS features.
● AI Practice Plans: Our AI-driven practice plans and suggestions are forinformational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitutefor professional/medical advice or certified athletic coaching. Use cautionwhen performing any physical drills to prevent injury.

● Billing: If you purchase a premium subscription, you will be billed throughyour respective App Store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
● Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations must bemanaged through your App Store settings.
● Refunds: All refund requests are handled by the respective App Store andare subject to their specific refund policies.

By uploading data (e.g., round scores, swing stats) to the App, you grantWorkshop Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this data toimprove our algorithms and provide personalized services. Your personalidentity will remain protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workshop Golf and its developersshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or equipmentdamage arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at oursole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates theseTerms or is harmful to other users or the App’s business interests.

Except to the extent that applicable local law requires otherwise,these Termsshall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Stateof Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolvethe dispute informally by contacting us using our contact form.Arbitration: For users in the United States and other regions whereenforceable, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall besettled by binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida, rather than in court.Exceptions: This clause does not prevent users in the European EconomicArea (EEA) from bringing a claim in their country of residence or frombenefiting from the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country.
